Board of Directors

E-T-A’s management team consists of five people.

The two directors Carl Horst Poensgen and Dr. Clifford Sell lead the company in the second and third generation. The other members of the executive committee, Bernd Härtlein, Manfred Kiefl and Phillip Poensgen have been working for E-T-A for many years and are responsible for major departments such as Product Divisions and Accounts.
